Zhulong provides cross-border e-commerce logistics, fulfillment and related software services. The specific scope, pricing and timelines for any engagement are set out in a separate agreement or order confirmation between Zhulong and the customer.
Customer responsibilities

- Ensure goods comply with the laws of the origin and destination countries.
- Not ship prohibited, restricted or unlawful items.
Liability
Our services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, Zhulong is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
